MTS Automated Fillers and Sealers
MTS packaging equipment elevates pre-packaging to a higher level of efficiency by automating the pre-pack process. Pre-packaging automation results in higher accuracy and increased production levels. Our automated filler equipment was designed specifically for the long-term care pharmacy. It combines both automated filling and sealing capabilities into one machine. The automated filler fills a wide range of medications into punch cards and unit dose packaging using an adjustable and motorized filling mechanism. An automated sealing station provides the quality seal at the optimal time.
All MTS Pre-pack fillers and sealers were designed, manufactured and assembled at MTS. Experienced MTS personnel install and train pharmacy staff and management on the operation of the machine.
MTS-350
The MTS-350 ™ is capable of filling a wide range of medications and features an ergonomic design and easy-to-use controls. There is a CE compliant version for the international market.
MTS-400
The MTS-400 ™ utilizes a compact design that includes a mobile workstation for optimal portability. It is ideal for pharmacies that service thousands of long-term care residents or prison inmates.
MTS-500
The MTS-500 ™ is designed to fully automate pre-packaging in the pharmacy and is capable of producing up to 960 pre-packaged punch cards per hour. It includes an integrated label applicator and conveyor to optimize output.
