MTS Deblistering Machine and Medication Removal
One of the labor-intensive processes that a pharmacy must complete is the removal of medications from blister packaging. It is a tedious, time-consuming process. MTS offers a simple solution that saves both time and money for medication removals. We offer two deblistering machines: one for deblistering MTS punch cards and the other deblisters manufacturer's unit-dose packaging.
The Deblistering Machines allow a pharmacy to quickly and easily remove medication from its packaging. In addition, the small, portable design is perfect for any size pharmacy, because it takes up little counter space.
Deblister Machine
This hand operated machine easily removes medications from MTS punch cards. It has the capability to deblister 30/31/32, 60/62 and 90 dose cards, as well as control cards.
DB500 Deblister Machine
The DB500 is a hand operated machine that is designed to easily remove medications from various styles of manufacturer’s unit-dose packaging.
