• Pre-stage all materials at presses per schedule (Board, Foil, Bio-Paper, Liner, Boxes, Tape, Skids, foam inserts etc)
• Empty all trash containers as needed.  Stages recycle containers as needed.
• Check on status of chip removal system; change over as necessary keep area clean.
• Keep walkways and material storage areas clean.
• Return all raw materials not in use to their assigned areas.
• Perform production related assignments as required.
• Conduct special project assignments as per supervisor/manager/director instructions.
• Inventory production supplies and communicate purchase needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Fill in as press assistant when needed.

Prerequisite Requirements

• Candidate must be willing to learn, be able to read and follow written and or verbal instructions.
• All applicants must understand basic verbal instructions.
• Work overtime with little or no advance notice.
• Manufacturing and or Thermoforming experience a plus but not a necessity.

Physical Requirements

• Speak clearly and listen (hearing).
• Stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Able to lift 60 pounds.
• Able to lift 25 pounds – 35 pounds repetitively.
• Move rolls of Plastic/Board/Foil/Liner/Label Stock – 400 pounds – 1000 pounds (rolling material on their diameter).
• Move skids weighing up to 2,500 pounds with the use of mechanical and or powered rolling stock. (pallet jacks).
